Interim Executive Leadership  

In some situations it has made sense to appoint one of our executives to an executive position for an interim period.  This is generally done to accelerate progress or fill a gap. These assignments range from just a few months or in some cases have lasted a few years in order to achieve long term objectives.

These types of engagements include restructuring, refinancing, change acceleration, turnarounds, mergers & acquisitions, etc. Engagements are generally part-time and structured on a monthly basis until completed. 

Board of Director or Advisory Board Member

Another option is to add one of our executives to your Advisory Committee or Board of Directors. This relationship is typically on a yearly retainer basis. You can also expand this type of engagement to include one-on-one coaching to provide you and the team with ongoing improvement consultation.
